it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach in a Title I school where over half of the student population is below the poverty line. I would like to have breakfast and snack options on hand for my students to be able to quietly grab whenever they need it.
I like to provide everything my students need to be successful in my classroom so they know they are supported, safe, cared for and valued.
I am of the belief that if students’ basic needs are met, they can learn and focus better in class. I like to have a variety of options to fit my students’ needs.
