This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The snacks I am requesting will give my students a variety of health choices to help them get through the day as they complete their course work during the school day. My students come two different shifts, morning and afternoon. In the morning they may not have a chance to eat breakfast, so some of them come in really hungry, and snacks will help tremendously. As for my afternoon students, some of them catch the city bust work morning shift and come to class right after with no time to eat.
My Students need healthy snacks to help keep them focus, motivated, and energized.
Snacks such as goldfish, fruits snacks, crackers etc., provide them a boost of energy to get through the day. Also snacks always brings a big smile to their faces because these are the snacks students love to eat. Healthy snacks like these snacks will ensure students will be successful in the classroom as they are able to focus more when they are not hungry. Snacks can help encourage concentration and re-energize tired students. Help me feed their brains with knowledge and brain food!
