This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach in an urban school, where the student population is below the poverty line. My students come to school each day eager to learn. They often stay after school for extra help.
Help me to provide animal crackers and fruit snacks to my students to curb their hunger.
After a full day of school, my students are hungry and tired. I would like to have some snacks to help my students focus on their work.
My students truly enjoy coming to my class because they feel safe and know I have enough supplies for them, including snacks!
