"Food is the key to everyone's heart". Why not have some motivating snacks to keep the learning flourishing, for statistics show that all students need is a snack during class which will mentally stimulate the brain.Nutrient-dense snacks that contain healthy fats, such as nuts, seeds, and yogurt, can support brain function and cognitive development. Omega-3 fatty acids found in some snacks, like walnuts and fatty fish, are particularly beneficial for brain health.Snacks can provide an additional opportunity to ensure kids are meeting their nutritional needs.It's important to note that not all kids may need snacks to learn effectively.
