This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Have you ever been so hungry you can't focus? Yeah, me too.
My students need to have snacks to be able to concentrate on their work and perform with exactness on their assignments.
When they are hungry they are not able to perform on assignments because they are distracted by their need of hunger. It is hard to think about math when all you can think about is when lunch or even school is ending to get something to eat. When we have snacks readily available in the classroom students are able to grab a snack and continue to focus.
