My Project

After teaching for twelve years, I understand that if a child is hungry, he/she may not be able to focus on the lesson that is being taught at the time. Some of my students have to eat at school because food is scarce at home. Hence, I have always shared whatever food I have in my class with students.

If a child has a hearty snack, he/she/they may be able to able to focus better on learning in school instead of focusing on what they are lacking.

I have always placed emphasis on teaching the "whole child."
