My Project
My students' families work so hard to give their children opportunities and to meet all of their needs, all while adjusting to living in a new country, a new language, new work, and new schools.
School supplies are often an added burden to already tight family budgets.
Help me help my students by providing our classroom with everything they need to start the year out right. With these supplies, I will make supply bags for each of our English Language Learners-- notebooks, pens, pencils, highlighters, and more for each student so that we don't use precious class time looking for supplies and families don't have to add one more "to do" to their long lists. This is community-building in action!
