This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials presented in this cart will be materials provided to students to allow them to succeed. We are in need of reeds for the instruments that require them to accommodate the large number of students who are signing up to join the band. Additionally, the strings would provide us with the tools to fix some of our broken instruments that would accommodate the growing strings program.
Music saves many of our students and is the sole reason why they are coming to school.
We are in need of support to provide the materials that can be changed.
The Kazoos are to encourage the students to start singing during their time in class as we are one instrument, whether blowing throw metal or singing. Providing this connection to the students is important and allows them to open their minds as growing musicians.
