My students are spontaneous, powerful, curious, and eager to learn new things. My students attend a Title I school. We are located in the deep heart of Downtown Houston. Most of my students walk home to government assistance apartments. This age group of scholars are absolutely amazing because of their ability to create and use their imagination. It amazes me how well they are able to use their creativity to describe or develop ways to solve some of the worlds biggest problems. At times I truly believe that we need a child like mind set to answer some of our issues that we face everyday. My students deserve the best because that only offer me their best every day!
My Project
Can you see me better? Can you hear me now? These are some of our favorite phrases since virtual learning. This computer will be able to enhance my ability to interact with my students on a digital level. I will be able to provide a great graphic and sound effects in a virtual learning environment! To better engage and maintain my scholars attention in a virtual classroom! My students will feel the connection from being at home. I will be able to act out a story or read a book during story time and my scholars will be able see and hear my story from their screens. The computer will help me to design lessons through PowerPoint or google slides for students to have access to during their work virtually. Students should still feel their teachers support and love even through the screen from their own home. I want to be able to bring my lessons alive with the computer and give my students a real lessons virtually. We are a located in the heart of downtown Houston and my students are absolutely loving and kind. They are perfectly made for my classroom! We need this computer to enhance and grow our virtual learning!!!
