This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love to see my students smile. The best days are when you can encourage a student to do something they thought they never could. Mostly they just need someone to believe in them and then they soar! It has been such a rough couple of years and my focus is on strengthening students' self-confidence and motivation through rewards and recognition. It may seem small but a little toy or birthday bracelet can really brighten up their day, week, or even change the course of the school year.
