Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting personal items for two students.
Feeling clean leads to more confidence.
I am asking for deodorant for obvious reasons. We have a shower at school and the students are allowed to take showers if needed.
The manicure set will let them groom as needed.
The Afro balm and hair combs will keep them looking sharp all day long.
We will house these items in our classroom, and they will be offered each morning as needed.
Each morning they will have a checklist to make sure all their grooming needs are met.
