My Project

What I love most about my students is their energy, curiosity, and willingness to try new things. Each student brings their own unique strengths to class, and I truly enjoy seeing them grow—not just physically, but also socially and emotionally—through movement and teamwork.

Introducing pickleball in physical education gives students a fun and accessible way to develop important life and fitness skills.

The game promotes hand-eye coordination, agility, and cardiovascular endurance, while also encouraging sportsmanship, communication, and strategic thinking.

Because pickleball can be played at many levels and adapted for all abilities, it helps every student feel included and successful. It’s a game that builds confidence, encourages cooperation, and supports lifelong physical activity
