This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Smart House? Smart Class! We are asking for an Echo Show with a speaker because I would love for my students to experience our classroom as a Smart Classroom. My students would benefit from having "Alexa" to assist them in their learning. Alexa would allow them to ask questions and receive answers in a fast and efficient manner. Using Alexa will help my students answer those fun and challenging questions that are often asked in the classroom!

Children love to challenge their teacher with outrageous questions that even a scientist may need help answering.

Having Alexa will allow us to challenge her instead. We will also use Alexa to play music while we work or even meditate before a test. Funding this project will assist my students in getting familiar with technology and ways it can be used for productivity. It will also help them build an understanding of the science of simple machines. A Smart Classroom produces very smart students!
