This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students use pencils everyday for every subject and my sharpeners have not served their purpose for some time. The electric pencil sharpener we currently have does not sharpen very well therefore we do not use it. We are forced to use small handheld pencil sharpeners. The electric sharpener will help us save so much time from stopping to sharpen pencils.

Our current hole puncher does not line up correctly with a standard piece of paper, as the screw is missing from one of the locks.

Stapling multiple sheets with an electric stapler will save so much time-as our copy machine does not staple for us.

Last, the paper cutter-as part of our financial literacy unit, we use the paper cutter to make bulletin boards, as well as, create checkbooks for each of my students.
