This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Positive recognition is an excellent way to motivate progress and good behavior in students. I want to give my students small toys as rewards for their hard work to recognize their effort, good behavior and to increase motivation of those students who need a little incentive.

Rewards motivate students to become more productive and can help reduce the occurrence of disruptive behavior in the classroom.

I will use our small toys as a reward system where students, who have completed all their work and show a good behavior during the week, choose a prize from our treasure chest on Fridays, before they go home.
