My Project

In our Family & Consumer Science classroom, hands-on learning is essential to helping students build real-life skills. We are requesting four toasters, four griddles, and refrigerator magnets to enhance our cooking labs and classroom environment.

These small appliances will allow more students to cook simultaneously in our kitchen stations, reducing wait times and maximizing engagement during lessons.

With toasters and griddles, students will learn to prepare a variety of breakfast and snack foods, practice safe appliance use, and gain confidence in the kitchen—skills that promote independence and healthy eating habits.

The magnets will be used to display rotating student work, class reminders, safety tips, and nutrition facts on our classroom fridge, making important information more visible and interactive. These additions will support a smoother, more organized classroom flow and give students a stronger sense of ownership in their learning space. With your help, we can provide more meaningful, hands-on experiences that empower students with practical knowledge they'll use for life.
