My Project

Teaching in a small, rural school means our resources can often be limited, but I refuse to let that limit my students' potential. My students deserve the same opportunities as those in larger districts, and I am determined to give them just that! thrilled about the group of students I'll have this year and committed to providing them with the resources they need to succeed academically andpersonally.

This is more than just a wishlist—it's a lifeline for our classroom!

I've included classic board games and a puzzle to encourage my students to step away from computer screens during downtime. These hands-on activities will boost social skills, teamwork, and critical thinking. My classroom also urgently needs basic supplies like Kleenex, organizers for lights, and cord management to create a comfortable and distraction-free learning space.

Additionally, I'm excited to expand our classroom library. My classroom is the only updated library in our high school, as we don't have a librarian. This year, I'm launching an individual book project for all my English 1 students to inspire a passion for reading and strengthen their literacy skills.
