My Project
My third graders are eager to learn in my class. They do their best work when they are working in small groups. Our class has small groups daily for reading and mathematics.
This table will give them a more stable area to work in small groups with the teacher and without the teacher.
This station will allow the students to get more individualized attention without worrying about the table moving and being in each other's space. The students will be happy to know they have a space of their own to develop their skills of working in a small group. The table will allow for like-minded discourse between the students and help to build their confidence for the future. Your kind donation will help my students succeed academically. Our school has a strong sense of community and this will help the students to strengthen that sense of community.
