This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year I want to be very intentional in my small groups while saving the use of paper in small group settings. I want to use the Fire tablets for phonics reinforcement, writing answers to questions after we read a book, making mental maps, and also for reinforcing mental math.

We can also use digital manipulatives from time to time.

Our time is short and organizing papers, manipulatives, and other materials takes a long time. Tablets will save us time and provide an ease to make the most of our small groups!
