My students are a wonderful mix of personalities! They are funny and sweet, charismatic and kind. We have a literacy and STEM-focused school and we are in need of materials to facilitate our learning in and out of the classroom. We are a neighborhood school so many of these students will be here for the duration of their elementary school days. There are many uses for the materials we are asking for throughout our day: math, literacy, science, social studies, etc. Thank you for helping us out!
My Project
Leading a small group around a table is an exciting and fun challenge. The adjustable kidney table would give me the ability to support each student easily and help them work collaboratively with their table mates. Being within reach of all students extends their learning and engages them at the same time.
Small group collaboration is the epitome of engaged and active learning in an elementary classroom.
My students thrive on working together, learning through practice and through others in the class. They are hard workers and love to be surrounded by classmates, encouraged and respected for their work as individuals and as a group.
