My Project
I work with Special Education students that like to move. I want to encourage creative movement by using the seated bands while engaging in learning. Being able to teach students in smaller groups, and show their work on the easels would be wonderful!
Students will show their work using the easels while earning snacks and trinkets for completion of small goup tasks from Teachers Pay Teachers.
Imagine a student that is not confident being selected to share exceptional work. To be chosen to demonstrate a strategy or solution and receive a special treat or trinket, makes my students SMILE. They want to be chosen and called upon to demonstrate what they know. However, schools don't provide small group easels and these items are expensive. Having your help would help me recognize and reward students meeting the expectations!
