My Students
My students need small group resources to add in their development. One of the best ways to reach all students is through small group instruction.
My first grade students are in transition.
As Joplin works to rebuild the students face a new set of challenges. These students need to be ready for the next generation of standards the Common Core that almost all students in the United States will be expected to learn.
My Project
These small group resources will change the ways I am able to teach my students. I will be able to differentiate instruction to better reach all students with needed information. Every student has the right to learn and understand and any extra help I can provide is worth the price. I am requesting a small group table and several math resources. I also am requesting literacy materials to help my students practice story retelling.
I believe that small group instruction is the way of the future.
Many students learn better when they receive extra instruction in small groups. All students need to be taught in the way they best understand.
