Help me give my students a better tool for learning. This easel will help our students with learning through small group instruction. The letters, bins, and markers they will use will help them with organizational skills and independence.

My Students
Our classroom is an ICT (integrated co-teaching) setting which means we are a mixed General Education and Special Education classroom, made up of a culturally diverse population in a Title I school in Brooklyn. Our students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
Our ICT classroom is made up of some of the most hardworking students, who strive to be the best they can be.
Since this is an ICT classroom, the majority of the day is split up into parallel teaching and/or station teaching. Our students need smaller group instruction provided by both teachers. Our students learn and focus better when they are in small group settings throughout the day.
My Project
We have only one easel in the classroom used for teaching. Our other easel that was being used for small group instruction has broken due to excessive use. The easel will be used in one of the small groups during parallel teaching and station teaching. The magnets and markers will be used by the students during center time to help them with letter recognition and knowing the difference between uppercase and lowercase letters by writing them and placing the magnets on the board. The storage bins will be used by the students to help them understand organization and that everything has a place. These materials for the classroom will be a tremendous help for small group instruction.
Engagement in student learning is vital within the classroom, and having these materials will help keep the students interests during lessons while promoting independence and collaborative working.
Small group instruction, station teaching, and center work is what makes up our classroom and it would be so wonderful to tie everything together with the right materials.
