My Project

Small group instruction in the classroom is so vital in providing support and accommodation across a variety of learning abilities and academic levels. It is so important that all needs of all students are met within a small group setting. Teaching in a community with a variety of cultures, socio-economic statuses, and backgrounds, small group instruction is so vital in accommodating the needs of all students of all needs. That is part of what makes this project so special!

With the help of flexible seating, students are able to work one-on-one or in small groups along with the teacher to be given the opportunity to flourish in their learning!

Flexible seating gives students the opportunity to focus in on the skills being taught and the ways in which they can grow in their learning. They feel comfortable and confident in their abilities to take charge of their learning! These flexible seating stools, in particular, are great for young learners to be seated in close proximity to the teacher and with other students to receive the proper instruction. These stools pair well with the small group kidney table in the classroom and students are eager to sit in other areas of the classroom, including this one.
