Small Business and Culinary Exploration

Help me give my students experiences in culinary and small business through building, preparing and selling products the students create. Through Culinary class and Entrepreneurship class the students will build knowledge, experience and passion for their interests.

My Project

By utilizing the products you provide my students will explore and experience culinary events and small business interests. Through developing a small business, students will gain experience and foster their interests, hobbies, and passions.

Entrepreneurship will be built, grown, and fostered with your gift by engaging students in sharing their ideas and passions with their friends, peers, school, and community through small business opportunities.

Planning, designing, manufacturing, marketing, and selling student made products will give students experience they need to be successful later in their education and in their lives. By bringing their passions and interests to Entrepreneurship Class the students will be engaged and motivated to be successful. In the comfort of a school students can learn from their successes and failures. Reflecting on their experiences the students will readjust their designs, products, and marketing and finding greater success.

To fully engage the student body and community there are donations that can make a big difference. The air fryer, churro mix, and piping kit will help the students create, advertise, and sell churros. Air fryer churros are healthier and tastier than the traditional version. Our creative students love making trinkets, keychains, branded items, and figurines. The student designed products are a hit with friends and family and with the 3D print filament, the students will make something original, beautiful, and valued. Each year the Entrepreneurship class builds a ski bench. With the bench donation the class plans to raffle the bench and help raise funds and the profile of the Entrepreneurship class. Although less glamorous and delicious, the storage containers are important for 3D print filament to be stored in airtight vessels to retain quality and durability.
