Sixth Grade Gaming Ninjas

Help me give my students math, vocabulary, mindfulness, writing, and language arts games, as well as books for sixth grade.

My Project

My students are coming into their last year at elementary school before moving on to middle school. They are resourceful, funny, persistent, and intelligent. They have been through a lot - these students ended 2nd grade early because of COVID and did almost all of their 3rd-grade year online. They've had to be flexible and resilient.

With this project, I hope to foster their independent learning skills.

These students have diverse learning needs and to be able to address each of those needs I need to be able to have students work in small groups at their instructional level. These games will allow for independent and small group practice so that students may work individually or with others, giving them more control over their learning methods. I am also in need of some high-interest books for sixth graders, and they absolutely love the 6th-grade ninja series.
