My Project

In today's world, there are many pressures that our students face in and out of school. Some students do not currently have the skills to deal with various emotions that come their way throughout their day.

In order to help my students deal with the stress they encounter, I will be starting a mental well-being club after school.

This project will give my students access to comfortable floor cushions as we sit on the floor to participate in various mindfulness activities. Along with the floor cushions, I would also like to provide them with handheld items that promote anxiety relief.
