This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm requesting child-sized stools for my youngest artists to use in art class. These stools will provide the flexible, safe, and appropriate seating they need to sit comfortably, wiggle a bit (because that’s how little ones learn!), and focus on creating. Stools also take up less space than traditional chairs, giving our classroom more room for movement and collaboration.

With properly sized stools, students will be able to sit at tables that match their height, promoting better posture, more independence, and a stronger sense of belonging in our creative space.

Comfortable and accessible seating helps young learners feel confident and ready to participate. These stools will make a huge difference in helping them focus on what matters most—expressing themselves through art!
