This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how curious, resilient, and unique my students are. Each of them brings something special to our classroom, and I’m proud of the progress they make every day. Many of my students learn best through hands-on activities and need extra support to stay focused and comfortable while working. The manipulatives will help make math and literacy lessons more engaging and easier to understand, especially for students who benefit from visual and tactile learning. The flexible seating will give them the freedom to move and choose a spot where they feel most comfortable and ready to learn. These tools will make a big difference in helping my students feel successful and supported.
