Singing Bowls For My Special Education Class

Help me give my students a meditative experience that promotes relaxation and healing with Tibetan singing bowls.

My Project

These bowls will help my special needs kids learn self-regulation, with lasting effects in our class environment.

Singing bowls promote, relaxation, calmness and mindfulness.

The students who come into my classroom have been diagnosed with a severe emotional disturbance, to the point that it is considered a disability. We will spend the majority of our time, learning to manage our emotions. These are the kids who have often been left behind by other teachers and society.

Tibetan singing bowls are believed to promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall wellbeing through their unique sound frequencies and vibrations.
