Help me give my students story books to accompany story songs they love.

My Students
Students enjoy exploring different instrument tones and timbres. In my classroom, they play a variety of instruments and ensemble pieces. They learn to accompany the music they sing! My goal is for students to be able to perform the music on their own without a teacher accompaniment.
In our music program, we work to provide a strong and comprehensive music education for all of our students.
The school is very supportive of arts education and welcomes every opportunity for them to perform and share what they have learned.
The students themselves have a variety of musical interests and passions, including singing, recorders, ukuleles, guitars, drumming and percussion ensembles.
My Project
Our primary students love hearing stories told through songs at the close of each music lesson. They are familiar with many of the songs in the books requested by this project. Having access to illustrations, visuals, and text will enrich their experiences with these songs. They show attentive listening when presented with stories in song form, and after multiple times, they begin interacting by singing along. Adding books to this experience will support visual learning styles.
Seeing and hearing a presentation of a song through a book promotes student literacy.
For students developing language skills, these books will provide another way to reinforce their vocabulary and comprehension.
