Simple Stools for Amazing Artists

Help me give my students stools to basic sit on while creating amazing art.

My Students

My public high school students are an incredible group of creative learners who come from very diverse backgrounds. Our art curriculum provides a variety of subjects ranging from drawing to sculpture, and even Special Effects Make-up. We participate in annual fundraisers, but they only cover the costs of basic art supplies. Our school system tries to provide what it can, but they are not able to provide everything needed for our classrooms. My students need additional assistance in meeting their daily needs.

My Project

My students lack basic stools to use in my Art classroom. I currently do not have enough places for all of my students to sit while we make artwork. Art fees allow us to purchase expendable art supplies, but there is no funding for equipment or furniture.

While most people think all classrooms would have basic needs like a place to sit, we do not.

Our current stools have been passed down from other teachers and used over many decades We have attempted to repair them through our welding program, but sadly our stools are now beyond repair.

Please help us meet this basic need.
