My Project

I want to help my amazing students, who are non-native speakers of English, gain literacy skills in English.

I teach students at the very beginning level of learning English, so simple phonics tools will help build phonological awareness and decoding skills as well as vocabulary and comprehension.

Literacy is invaluable to all of us. I want to give my students every opportunity to be successful in schools that deliver English instruction and to have the life long gift of multilingualism. This project can be the first few steps toward that goal.
