Sight Word Frenzy

Help me give my students jingle bells for our Christmas caroling and supplemental materials from TeachersPayTeachers.

My Project

Last year our kindergarten students were required to learn 55 sight words. We adopted a new reading series this year. Our sight word list now contains 140 words. That's quite an increase. TeachersPayTeachers offers a varies of pre-made learning center materials that will be perfect for making learning these words fun. We will also use other bundles that correlate to our reading series.

We are excited to revive the tradition of singing Christmas carols to each of the other classrooms in our school.

Since one of the songs is Jingle Bells, I could not resist adding a variety of bells to this project. My students will learn how to maintain rhythm using the jingle bells as they sing along. They will be so proud of what they will learn how to do.
