This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am a kindergarten teacher in Corona, NY. Most of my students are English language learners who strive to do their best! They are excited to learn how to learn their sight words! Every day we practice the sight words in a fun way!
My Project
These materials will help my students learn their sight words in a fun way! Kindergarteners reviews their sight words using all hands on activities! Having a great time, you tend to remember more.
The pocket chart stand, and pocket charts will allow me to display the sight word as well as their sight words readers.
They can go up to the chart stand and read the sight words as a center.
The bingo game will be a great center, it's awesome because we have to be socially distancing from one another. I keep trying to make the sight words readers more exciting for them! What a great way for my students to learn sight words in centers!
