Show Us Your H.E.A.R.T (Hard Work, Excellence, Attitude, Respect, Teamwork)
Help me give my students a positive experience in which they are rewarded for their Hard work, Excellence, Attitude, Respect and Teamwork (H.E.A.R.T). These items will be used as incentives for our PBIS store.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These items will be used to jumpstart our H.E.A.R.T (PBIS) incentive store. Students will be rewarded points for showing their Hard Work, Excellence, Attitude, Respect and Teamwork around campus. With their points, they will be able to redeem incentives from the H.E.A.R.T. store.
In return students will be more invested in the school culture and climate and we will be able to reduce and redirect disruptive behavior.
These items will impact the whole student body at O. High School. With a positive school culture and environment, students can learn with ease!
