This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, determined, and full of potential. They come to school each day eager to learn, despite the challenges they may face outside the classroom. What makes them special is their perseverance and their kindness toward one another. They support their peers, celebrate successes, and show up ready to try their best. I want to create a learning environment that matches their energy and encourages their growth.
This project will provide classroom incentive prizes to reward effort and improvement, snacks to keep students focused and energized, and essential school supplies to help us stay organized.
These items may seem small, but they make a big difference—students are more motivated when they know their hard work is recognized, and they stay more engaged when they’re not distracted by hunger or disorganization.
