This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My classroom consists of low-income special education students who struggle to perform at their academic grade level. In my resource classroom, it is my hope that I can teach my students strategies and skills that they can take back into their general education classroom to succeed. I hope to teach them to always dream big.

I believe that all my special education students are capable of learning anything, as long as they are provided with the proper tools and strategies.

My Project

My students need every opportunity to access their own learning. As their teacher, I do my best to provide them with various tools to access their learning. These items requested will provide my students with tools to excel their daily learning in my classroom.

Every child has their own way of learning new material.

Some learners are visual, while others are auditory, and others just need the opportunity to practice their work on white boards to master a new objective. Providing my students with various opportunities to learn is my goal and these resources will do just that.
