Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

During the last few weeks before the STAAR assessments, teachers are finding that students are just about done with reviewing and learning for the STAAR. When provinding fun and competative games, student are engaged and excited to compete against their classmates. Integrating kinesthetic games allows the students to both move around the classroom and collaborate with partners in a fun and engaging game that addresses STAAR aligned TEKS. During this time mini review lessons are the target and practice, practice, practice are the ultimate goal for students.

The last few months are the time where students lose focus and interest due to the tremendous amount of work and tutoring that each day entails.
