My Project

Our students don't have many opportunities to play on sports teams. There are always financial, transportation, and language barriers that they are up against. We decided to start our own after school free sports teams to build confidence, friendships, endurance, social-emotional skills, and skills!

Currently, our girls basketball team has 56 players new to the sport and we need supplies to help them be the true sports stars they are!

We will be playing against other extracurricular, competitive basketball teams from other schools during the week. I want to make sure that my girls look and feel like the superstars they are.

I want to supply each girl with their own basketball so that they can practice at home and on the weekends. We also need jerseys and wrist bands that will help them identify their teammates during scrimmages and games.

Please help us create a girls basketball dream team!
