Shining BRIGHT in First Grade!

Help me give my students materials to celebrate their hard work in first grade with a countdown to summer that includes flashlight reading and neon supplies to have a glow day celebration.

My Project

My first graders have worked so hard this school year! Each year, I love to celebrate their successes by having a special ABC Countdown to summer break. During this time, we do special educational activities centered around the daily letter. Some of these days have pretty simple activities that don't require a lot of preparation. However, some of the days are extra special and we would love your help to get some supplies. Many of the activities that I would like to do have resources that I can purchase with a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card. My firsties are so bright and we would LOVE to get flashlights to use for a special camping day. Students love when we turn the lights off to read with their flashlights and we will use these for future days during "Flashlight Fridays" as well. Another day where we are requesting supplies is for our "Glow Day". This project is requesting materials to write with supplies that will glow through the use of black lights. It's requesting materials to complete STEM activities such a cups to build towers that will glow in the dark. We would love to get leis for our fun Hawaiian Day where we learn more about Hawaii.

The last month of school is so bittersweet and I would love for my first graders to make memories that they will carry with them.
