Shining Bright: a Glowing Celebration to End the Year!

My Project
My classroom is filled with amazing 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds from low-income, high-poverty neighborhoods. As we wrap up our year together, I want to give them a Glow Party and Last Day Celebration—a special experience they might not otherwise have.
We’ll dance, explore how glow sticks work, and learn that movement is good for our bodies!
Plus, students will take home summer learning materials to keep their growth going. Healthy snacks like veggie straws will keep little hands and minds fueled for fun!
