This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The used of a light table in the classroom encourages a wide range of skills. It’s a fantastic source of visual sensory input, it entices young children to play and engages their sense of sight, makes regular activities more fun and provides students ample opportunities to develop problem-solving skills, language, pattern and color recognition, as well as hand-eye coordination and even pre-writing skills.
My 3K students come to class everyday with an eagerness to learn and explore.
Acquiring a light table will further foster creativity, imagination, inquiry, curiosity and a love for learning.
