This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are a Title I Magnet and STEAM prep school located in Watts, CA. My students come from diverse backgrounds and are filled with creativity and curiosity.

I strive to create an environment with active and engaging learning experiences that fosters students' passion for learning.

My students are self-motivated and exciting scholars that are ready to tackle the future!

My Project

Headphones are an indispensable tool in our classroom! As we approach the second half of the school year, many of the headphones provided to students are no longer working.

This project was created to ensure that students have access to their own personal headphones that are of great quality and will last for the entire school year.

Headphones provide endless possibilities to enhance the learning experience for all students.

Students use their computers daily to complete individualized tasks to support their growth as learners. In a classroom filled with 28 students, it can be very noisy and distracting to hear the audio of multiple computers.

Personal headphones will help keep noise levels at a minimum and learning at a maximum! These headphones will have a significant impact on my students and our classroom.
