This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 4th-grade students this year love to draw and trace everything with black lines. We are constantly using black Sharpies. I have 4th-grade artists that pay attention to the smallest of details and are requesting that our class get the ultra-fine tip Sharpies so that they can use them for their artwork. Having these materials requested by my own students will help them complete their projects and work in the manner they envision, therefore making the students take ownership and pride in the work they complete.
