Sharpening Up for School!

My students need a Boston High Volume Electric Pencil Sharpener.

This project is fully funded

I am an elementary-school teacher in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. We are a very low-income, high-needs community. I work with second-grade students.

We have gone through four pencil sharpeners this year, and we are only in January! We use pencils for everything from drawing a picture to solving a math problem. It is important to have sharpened pencils every day for the kids because the students don't have any of their own pencils.

Our class needs a new sharpener because on average about twenty-five pencils are sharpened daily. This would help us greatly in our daily activities! Please help us out!

You will make it possible for my students to have sharpened pencils every day without fail. This sharpener is supposed to be the best, and I believe that my students deserve that and more. Thank you in advance!
