Sharpening Our Minds and Skills

My students need a new pencil sharpener and a crayon sharpener to help the, successfully complete their work.

My Students

My students are enthusiastic learners who are very excited about reading, writing, and social studies. They are very inquisitive and love to ask lots of question. The quote below summarizes my class. "You were Made to be Awesome," by Kid President. The children in my classes are beyond amazing and will make a special impact on the world. Their enthusiasm for reading is incredible. They are always begging for more time to read. They love to read so much that they will take their books to the hallway while waiting.

My Project

My students really love writing stories in class. However all of that writing requires really sharp pencils. Our pencil sharpener is working really hard to keep all of the pencils sharpened. Unfortunately, it is not sharpening as well from frequent use and often stops working. It would be wonderful if we could get a brand new sharpener for our class. Also, our class needs a crayon sharpener. In social studies, we create different projects such as illustrating the regions of South Carolina. Students use crayons to illustrate their maps and other projects. It would be really helpful if we had a crayon sharpener to keep their crayons nice and "sharp." Please help keep my students' minds and skills "sharp" by providing a new pencil and crayon sharpener.
