Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
1st grade is where students are able to use more tools to show and share their thinking. This helps everyone see different learning styles and answers.
Students are able to show their work, but also be able to make mistakes, erase and keep trying.
Students can work in groups and build a stronger community within our classroom.
Flexible seating has been helpful for students to stay focused and alert. This allows students to wobble, rock or bounce if needed to better focus in the class and not distract others. Students are able to move around, work comfortable and feel like a family.
