This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it. I am not the best but I want to show my kids what I can do my way and what I can show them. I love showing them art and I feel like it calms you or anyone down when it's art time. I want to show them any art is every art. No matter how it looks or how it is art. When they come to me for art they love coming they are very different kids who are happy to show their expression in art. I work in San Francisco at TES so a lot of kids are homeless they live in shelters and can't afford a lot of the things I am asking for they love to come to my art class because they get to use arts things they never use. This area of the school That they walk to is so ugly a lot of adults using drugs passed out on the corners they walk around this all the time so doing art with me shows their life in art.
