Shaping Leaders One Stem at a Time

Help me give my students a fun experience to use their critical thinking skills to work on STEM projects. They will enjoy Lego challenges and synergizing together to explore science and technology.

My Project

My students love to engage in hands on learning. They love to work together towards a goal and enjoy being challenged to think outside of the box. STEM lessons is a great way to do all the things they love.

Building with Legos is one of their favorite things to do.

There are so many different variations of things to build. Some of their favorite challenges are the Sled Challenge, Bridge Challenge and Zip Line Challenge. They have to create the items to ensure they will go down a "mountain" without tipping over, a "zipline" without breaking and the "bridge" can't touch water and withstand 2 pounds of weight on the bridge. It's great team building exercises and I love to see when the ideas in their heads come to fruition!
